Bernie!! This 27-lb, 10-year-old quiet, and sweet Lhasa Apso was found wandering the streets in Brooksville, found by a caring citizen who turned him over to the county Animal Services. Bernie has a microchip inserted in 2011 but it was never registered so his owners are unknown to us. Upon arrival, he was severely matted with overgrown nails and inflamed paws. **Bernie has severely limited vision and may even be blind, but that doesn't affect his friendliness and lovable manner.
