About Ace

Ace adores curling up on the couch, affording the 53-pound black beauty a paw-fect view of the activities inside his foster home. As the 1.5-year-old former stray grows accustomed to the feeling of safety and the knowledge that a human touch can be tender, he's allowed his foster mom to pet his head more often and leash him for the walks he now likes, never pulling and always walking beside her. Not only has he discovered the joys of taking treats and playing with toys but he thrives on playing outdoors with his canine foster sisters. While he knows no commands as yet, he sleeps in his crate and is housetrained to use a doggy door. With so much to learn and so much potential, what Ace needs now is a home, with patient adopters to earn his trust, educate him fully and ensure that he's well loved and well exercised fur-ever.
