About BANYAN

BANYAN (ID #A1964501) wants to play ball! This athletic 2-year-old is at the East Valley Animal Shelter, Van Nuys, CA, where he entered as a 'stray' and was on hold for a POS (possible owner), who didn't reclaim him. Pulls hard. Very vocal with dog on the other half of the yard until I introduced him to a jolly ball. He was then completely enamored with it. I noticed he was pushing to me so I would kick it back. He seemed to like playing this back and forth but also seemed content to play with it by himself. Easy to releash and rekennel. I placed a jolly ball in his kennel and have been hearing him play with it for the past 30 minutes since he was returned to his kennel.' Don't you love how BANYAN is able to entertain himself?
