Blanche is a tame, sweet, and loyal dog. Owners wish for Blanche to be rehomed to someone who is willing and financially able to care for her; to give her a second chance. She is a great companion, loyal, barks only when necessary, potty-trained, and is 100% golden (fur, eyes, eyelashes, nails). The owner has had major health issues and unable to care for Blanche. Owner's friend stepped to care for her on a temporary basis. However, due to financial instability, both co-owners have been unable to keep up with Blanche's medical care.
