Molly is a 9-month old Boxer/Shepherd mix puppy who is as full of energy as she is love. Molly was surrendered because she was not friendly with the resident cat, however if you are a cat-free household, there is so much to love about Molly. Molly enjoys playing fetch, walking in the woods, and cuddling. Molly knows a few commands and is wonderful on a leash. Molly does well meeting strangers at home as long as she can meet them outside in the yard and not inside the house. The person or family who falls in love with Molly and adopts her will need to be aware of Molly's household vigilance, and will need to provide gentle, positive training to help her be less protective and more personable. Molly's shy temperament may require more than one visit by her potential adopters; she will do best in a home with dedicated humans who can provide her with structure, and continue her obedience training.
