She loves nothing better than to cuddle on the sofa with humans, get belly rubs and treats! She is low energy, and likes to go sniffing around the yard for a few minutes before returning for more cuddles, belly rubs, and treats. During the few months she's been here, she has actively tried to attack other dogs up until the past two weeks. It seems, over these two weeks, that she has lost interest in this activity. Lately, she has largely been ignoring the other dogs, and has even acted playful with one male dog through a fence. Hadley is very quiet, both in her kennel and outside. She communicates largely with her beautiful eyes, staring at the humans until she gets the attention she wants. History: Hadley was pulled from a shelter. Her history prior to the shelter is unknown. It is suspected, because of Hadley's viciousness toward other dogs, that her previous owners may have been involved in dogfighting. Hadley has at least 9 tumors spread out all over her body (shoulder, paw, peritoneal area, etc.). Four of these were biopsied and reported to be mast cell tumors. Further medical assessment has not been completed. Hadley does not take any medications and does not appear to be in any pain.
