About Sandy

Meet Sandy! She is a 2-year-old, 50lb female Hound mix. What can her foster mom say about Sandy? Sandy is a lovable, caring, fun, energetic, and spunky dog. She loves lots of attention, likes long walks and does well on leash. Sandy has a lot of energy so she needs a place to run around and work out the zoomie, a nice fenced yard would be great for her getting her. She could do well in an apartment as long as she gets her walks and exercise each day. Sandy seems to be dog friendly and it's recommended that she would do better in a setting with older kids. She is learning not to jump and currently is doing well. Most importantly Sandy is house trained and is crate trained which is great! She does well when she is in her crate while alone. Sandy likes toys but she is a chewer, so would do well with durable toys and things to keep her occupied. In the end of the day she'll be the first one to lay on the couch and cuddle with you. Sandy is looking for a loving home with her furever family to love her and play with her. As part of Sandy's $250 adoption fee, she is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
