About Arlo

Arlo is a gorgeous 1 year old Chihuahua mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Arlo was saved from the County shelter where he was brought in as a stray off the streets. Arlo is looking for a patient family to give him time to warm up and become the loyal best friend he can be. Arlo is a very dog friendly boy who would love a home with a canine companion. We know little about his history, so the whole family should meet him before adoption and we recommend he goes home with dog savvy children who understand a dog's signals. Arlo is a sweet boy who will make a loyal companion to the patient family that gives him the time needed to warm up. Arlo is likely to need house training in his forever home and patience during training. Arlo weighs in full grown around 10 pounds and is a tall, light and handsome boy. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee of $200 includes a complimentary vet visit. To potentially adopt him, please come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 15 people in the building at a time.
