Gunner is a handsome 1 year 8 month old Chihuahua mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Gunner is a shy but sweet boy who may take a moment to warm up, but is very loyal and loving once he does. Gunner is looking for a home where he can be the only pet in the home and be the center of his people's center of attention. Around other dogs, he can get jealous and possessive of his people. Gunner is a good boy who is house broken and dog door trained. He is good for car rides and happy to ride shot gun on his family's adventures. Gunner is good with dog savvy, older children but will need to meet the whole family before adoption. Gunner loves to play with toys and would love a home with a yard to run in. He weighs only 6 pounds full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee of $300 includes a complimentary vet visit. To potentially adopt him, please come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 15 people in the building at a time.
