Pepper is a handsome 7-year-old male Shih Tzu that weighs 25 pounds. He is very overweight, and needs to lose at least 5-8 pounds. He is the sweetest little guy that will make the perfect companion for anyone! He is mostly blind in 1 eye from advanced cataracts, but it doesn't slow him down one bit! He loves exploring the backyard, enjoys the company of other dogs, is fantastic with small kids, and is very social. He is an easy going and low maintenance dog.
