About Adelaide

It is with heavy heart that I have to adopt out my Great Dane, Adelaide. My name is Larry Parkman, and I am a recent widower after my wife passed away unexpectedly in late November of 2020. She was a stay at home mom and therefore, could always be here to watch after our animals. Unfortunately, with her gone now I work a lot of the time and do not have the time needed to show Adelaide the love and affection that she deserves. She is very high energy, and very hesitant of new people, but when she warms up to you she is extremely sweet and loving. She needs to be adopted preferably to a home with no other dogs, or cats. I am also not sure how compatible she is with children. I would be more comfortable her going to someone that knows that she is a project. As I said before, when she warms up to people she is extremely sweet, but she will need to be given the time to be worked with. She needs to go to a home where she will be an inside dog, with the main focus being on her. Serious inquiries only.
