Jasper is a full-blooded afghan hound who was surrendered by an owner who no longer had time to care for him. He had been outside for a while and his long fur was matted all the way to the skin all over his body, so unfortunately our groomer had no choice but to shave him. He is a goofy boy with a sparkling personality. His nickname among the shelter workers is 'Fabio'.
