About Sadie

I'm helping my son rehome Sadie. My son found this dog last April and tried to locate the owners to no avail so he's been caring for her ever since. He has now taken a new job and will be moving so we need to find Sadie a home. We think Sadie is around 2 years old and a mix of Lab with Great Pyrenees (she is tall). She is very loyal and loving to the members of the household but does show aggression to others. She is good with his cat but she is not friendly to other dogs, unless they are very small. Since my son has had her, he's taught her to sit, lie down and shake so she is definitely still trainable. Sadie loves to lie beside you and cuddle. I think with the right owner and some corrective training her insecurities/aggression could be managed. She is not spayed but my son said he would get her spayed (at his cost) if this is what the new owners want. Sadie would do best in a quiet adult home, as an only pet.
