About Dee Dee

I read the profile of DEE DEE, who has been at the Pet Adoption Fund, in Canoga Park, CA, and then I read it again and again, because I couldn't believe what I was reading. DEE DEE was found rummaging through trash when she was 8-months-old, and she is now 10-years-old. DEE DEE has lived her entire life at the Pet Adoption Fund! It's obvious that she has been taken care of there; she has received training; and she is loved by staff and volunteers. But, DEE DEE has NEVER lived in a home with her own family. WTH? I can't wrap my mind around this. Please help find someone to adopt DEE DEE.
