About Janie Mae

Janie has been great with us, our 2 boys and our other dogs up until a couple of months ago.She has only recently had issues with our other female dog, so we feel that she may do well with a male dog or as an only dog.Since she's used to being with the other dogs, I'm not sure it could be an adjustment for her being an only dog. She does love attention and affection though, so she would probably be fine with someone who could give her lots of both! She likes being indoors or outdoors but stays out during the day while we are at work. She comes in at night and sleeps on her bed in a warm house. They also have their own little setup with their heaters outside. Very safely done! She is potty trained and will whine to let you know that she has to go out. If she is indoors alone during day, you may need to kennel her, but she does hold it during the night.She really is the greatest dog and so sweet.Our home just isn't giving her the individual time she wants and needs.We have a 23 month old son and a four month old and she loves them to pieces! Janie Mae just needs her own special love!
