About Groucho

This photogenic boy is Groucho, a Cattledog mix (mix unknown). He was born in November, 2020, and should be around 45- 55 pounds when full grown. Groucho has a good foundation of training such as crate training and house training. He has also been introduced the clicker. He will wait when the crate door is open to be told ok to come out. He will sit before getting food. Groucho would love to continue learning. While Groucho is young, he shows amazing progress and very rarely has an accident in the house if the back door is open and accessible. He is also crate trained. A new family has to be ready to continue house training. Groucho has been good with the people he has met so far. He is also good with dogs of all sizes. He likes to play and honors when another dog says to chill out. Lastly, he is good with cats. Groucho will chase a ball, and then sit on it and chew it. He could become a good fetcher as he grows up. Groucho has been nice so far in a car. He should be a good adventure buddy, and he will need leash training. Groucho loves to be where his people are. He has a very happy go lucky personality and is a people pleaser. He will be a phenomenal pet and sport dog with some good training. Groucho is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Adopters must be able to meet and adopt in SoCal. We don't ship our dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required.
