American Staffordshire Terrier / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

So very handsome and just a puppy at 1 yr old. He is currently at Long Beach Animal Shelter. Foster or adopter needed The poor guy has been in the Shelter for several months and spends a majority of his time in his kennel. Jeremiah was found on the streets of Long Beach with no chip. He was likely someone's dog, and the veterinarian at Long Beach shelter estimates that he's one year old. He weighs approximately 63 lbs, appears to be house trained, and is good with other dogs. Jeremiah is a gorgeous brindle blend--maybe pit, boxer, shepherd? It doesn't matter. He was initially stressed at the shelter, but has learned that when he sees people taking him out of his kennel that it means a good time full of fun and toys! He'd be a great family dog for an active family with older kids and maybe another dog to show him the ropes. Smart, active dogs like Jeremiah don't do well at the shelter and he was initially kennel stressed. Now his notes say: 'Super-lovable, wants to be on my lap. Not dog-reactive at all.' This stunning young dog just needs someone to give him a chance (and a good run!). Share him with your friends who are looking for a running or hiking buddy, he'd RELISH the exercise! #EveryShareIsAPrayer Jeremiah: #A649818 Long Beach Animal Care and Services 7700 East Spring Street Long Beach, CA 90815 (562) 570-7387 appointments: 562-570-4925Jerimiah Is a gorgeous brindle 1 year old puppy in need of a good home. Jeremiah is an energetic, playful, goof ball who is very affectionate, loves squeaky toys and is thrilled when you play with him. The volunteers at the shelter have been working with him, including leash training, which needs to continue when he goes to a home. Pls help us get him out of the Shelter and reply to this post if interested. I can share more information about him.
