About Pretty Boy

December update: Pretty Boy did well with Hank and didn't react to the cats in the kennels. Meet Pretty Boy! When he arrived at the shelter, he wasn't so pretty. His ears were covered in sores, but are being treated and healing nicely. We don't know his history, but his body shows years of mistreatment with abrasions all over. He was super excited to be out of his kennel and was eager for playtime. He is very strong so he will need an equally strong handler. Due to his size, he was not tested with other animals, but will do next time we see him. If needed sooner, please reach out. Pretty Boy is currently a resident at Vermilion Parish Animal Control. He will be vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped upon placement in an adoptive or foster home. To adopt, complete the adoption application at AAVArescue.com.
