About Ziggy

Ziggy is a very sweet dog, but he thinks he is the alpha male in my home. If he is sitting with me and my husband comes near the couch he will snap and bark. Never actually bitten him. He loves most farm animals, but chases cats and chickens. He would love fenced yard with doggy door so he can run in and out. Housebroken and crate trained. He can go up to 6 hrs without accident in crate. He gets motion sickness easily so does not travel well. He is good with my grandkids, but gets protective of them and bark/snap if he thinks you will hurt them. Bottom line is you need to be prepared and know how to deal with chihuahua personality. I have tried and made some progress, but my husband and sons have had enough. He has been on flea and tick prevention. Due refills in February.
