About Midnight

He sleeps in the master in a crate at night to help with house-training, which Meet Midnight1 He can't make 7 pounds soaking wet, but this guy has ears and legs for days and he lives large. We're told this super sweet, spunky, busy fellow is a chiweenie about 7 ��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD%BD%BD months old though our vet says he is a couple months younger - whatever the details, he is quite the pup! Originally from a pack of 14 in Kansas, Midnight has discovered a lot since he came to Ohio: the joy of belly rubs, toothpaste, baths, burrowing in a favorite blanket to sleep, and snow. He loves laps, fallen leaves, running, exploring, and climbing. Midnight is respectful of our curmudgeon house dachshund but is not put off by her - he watches her intently for inspiration and direction and has insisted that the two of them have a relationship. He prefers to approach neighbors & neighbor dogs in his own time but he does appreciate their constant attention. Our guess is that Midnight would be fine with cats and kids but he hasn't been tested with either. He is a gentle boy with zero aggression or nipping. is in progress. He is generally well behaved. He has a daytime crate only for meals and for stashing all the treasures he collects. Midnight is a bright charmer whose ideal home will include plenty of lap time, a younger adult dog who can show him good dog ways and be a playful companion, and a securely fenced yard so he can race the wind.
