About Raven

Raven is a 6 yr old female chihuahua mix that weighs about 10 lbs. She is very sweet but super shy. She will take several days to a week to warm up to new people but she is not aggressive at all. She came from a person who was a hoarder and had over 50 dogs in a small trailer. So she loves the company of dogs over people. She has been in our rescue now for a little over 1 yr because it's taken her that long to learn to trust people. She used to run and hide and now she enjoys coming out sitting in your lap for pets. She loves to be around other dogs so she would be best in a home with another dog. She does have skin allergies and needs an allergy shot once a month, if not she'll continue to scratch and her fur will fall out. She is house trained and can now walk on a leash. Raven needs someone that will be patient with her. Her foster has a puppy and she enjoys playing with him. She doesn't care much for toys. Not good with small children only because she is shy.
