About EVA

Meet the new and improved Eva! She is a 2 year old 40lb Shepherd Mix looking for her happily ever after. Eva was found Memorial Day weekend in a ravine with her 8 puppies who were only a few hours old at the time. Eva was super feral but was able to be captured and all of her puppies brought to safety and into rescue. All of her puppies have found their furever homes and now it's Evas turn! Eva had made such amazing progress with her foster family and she is now a loving, funny pup with a HUGE personality. Eva is now 98% housebroken and is learning to signal to her foster that she needs to go outside to potty. She knows 'sit' and almost has 'come' down pat as well. She is also crate trained but loves laying on the couch and relaxing while getting belly rubs. Eva still has some quirks so she needs a patient adopter with experience in being a pack leader to Eva knows she's safe with them. Needs: Secure fenced back yard No young kids - quick movements sometimes still scare her Dog experience Another dog in the home REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS. She thrives with the companionship and is super playful and needs another dog to take cues from.
