Low-key ZOEY (ID #A1962616) is a 4-year-old beauty, who was surrendered to the East Valley Animal Shelter, Van Nuys, CA, for reasons unbeknownst to me. What I do know is that ZOEY has the reputation at the shelter as being loveable and loving, and the videos prove it.
