About Baby Yega

Hi I'm Baba Yega (need to be an only dog). I'm a friendly, wiggly boy. I am a 4-year-old, neutered, tan American Pit Bull Terrier. Both of my previous owners reported that I liked people and needed to be an only dog. The owner that had me for several years told the shelter that I had a high prey drive for small animals, that I love food and running, that it is best to feed me two times a day and that I don't like being confined, and that I will get into the trash if left out (what dog wouldn't?). Prior home also said that I loved hanging out on the couch and gave lots of love. I have been at the shelter for 60+ days. This lengthy stay has stressed me out so much I am barking jumping and crying in my kennel daily. I need out because if this continues, I could injure myself. The shelter recommends a family introduction , in-home training and that I am the only dog in the home. Because I'm an energetic dog, I would be best suited for an active adopter, and would love to have a yard to play in.
