Ruby is the sweetest girl. She came to be in my care when she was less than a year old. A former friend bought her as a puppy, asked me to care for her while she was out of town for the weekend and decided she didn't want her back. She's been with me since. She is well cared for, but has to stay in her outdoor pen more than she should due to the fact that we live by the road and once that nose hits the ground she's gone. I've had to retrieve her multiple times and I'm scared she will get run run over. I can't stand to see her have to stay in that pen any longer. I DON'T want to let her go, but she deserves better. She deserves to run like a hound should. As much as it will break my heart to let her go, it's better than the alternative of a life lived majoritively in a pen. Please be aware that I will ONLY allow her to go to a home I am certain she will be well loved and cared for in.
