About Penny

Penny is a 7 year old English Mastiff/Blue Heeler mix. I picked her from her litter at 7 weeks old. She is very intelligent, excellent memory, UTD on vaccines, 100% housebroken, wonderful with kids of all ages and adults, basic obedience trained. She likes cats, and is not aggressive toward them at all. She has not been properly socialized with dogs, but loves playing rough with them. She has a more dominant personality, and some other dogs don't like that. She has good house manners. She's never chewed anything that wasn't hers. She does not get into trash or onto counters. She does not dash for the door when it's open. She is kennel/crate trained but will scream when she's locked up. No need for it though, because if you leave her unattended she will sleep on the couch all day. Haha! She loves to go for walks but does not behave well on a leash. She pulls very hard. She loves laying on the furniture and being right beside the humans in the house. Very sweet, affectionate and playful. Fetch and tug are her favorite games. And she will do anything for treats. Any questions, please ask. We are looking for a new family for her because a few months ago we moved into a MUCH smaller house and she is increasingly unhappy. She is showing signs of anxiety that cannot be fixed in my lifestyle right now. I can explain more to a potential adopter.
