About Shimmer

Hi! My name is Shimmer and I am a sweet, quiet, loving Jack Russell/ Chihuahua mix. I am a 6 year old, spayed female, weighing in at 15 lbs. I am potty trained and crate trained. I quickly learned how to use the doggie door and I come when called. I like to go on walks but I do not like to potty in public. I will need a fenced yard to do my business. I enjoy a good belly rub and chin scratch. I'm pretty independent, though I like some attention and affection. I prefer to be hanging out on my own dog bed, or comfy blanket, chewing on a bone, than snuggled next to you while you watch TV or read. I enjoy nighttime in my crate and get along with other dogs. I have also lived with cats and older respectful children. Please take me home and love me!
