He enjoys being the center of attention, craves affection from his people and does not like to be left alone. Weighing in at 84 pounds, he is strong and playful! He: Is house trained Walks nicely on a slip lead Needs to be the only dog - but with training and continued socialization may accept another in the future Is not appropriate for a home with children Rides well in a vehicle Is medium to high energy Happy and upbeat, Duke needs a home that has a lot of time to devote to play, training and cuddles. Structure and a firm handler are a must for this gorgeous dog as he does at times demonstrate hard-headedness common to bulldogs. Very much a house dog, he is content spending time indoors if given outlets for exercise. He will make a knowledgeable family a truly loving companion.
