About Princess

Welcome Princess to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 2-year-old Heeler/Terrierr is our best guess. She is medium sized at about 40 pounds. She has longer wavy hair on her back and her personality is very sweet. She is moderately active and gentle with the smaller dogs in her foster home. She is good in a crate and tolerant with the cats in her foster home. Her puppies look like they are Heeler/Lab mixes. She came into the rescue pregnant and CCPAL had her pups and helped her raise them. She is now weaning them and will be dry and ready to spay. She will be ready for her forever home in the first part of February. She would be great in a home with kiddos. We like kids to be 10 or older. She would like someone that is affectionate and likes to pet and cuddle as her new owners. She will need a dominant owner who will show her the ropes and that she will know is the boss. She has some heeler tendencies and in Texas lived with a cat. The home in Washington doesn't trust her with the cat. She is treat motivated and has a strong willed side but was a very nice dog with the rescue in Texas. She lived with other dogs of all sizes. She is currently in Washington. She is not working out in the home she is in. We are looking for a new home, foster to adopt or a foster to work with her until we find a new better fitting home. Her adoption fee is 300.
