Dottie was found as a stray in Austin, Tx with a shock collar embedded in her neck. Do you know how long it takes for a collar to embedded in a neck? This means that Dottie would have experienced significant neglect. This is one of those very visible injuries that you can't ignore. Her old owners saw her suffering and didn't care to fix it. Dottie was posted on Facebook with a plea for a rescue to help her. Once again, Ruby Menjares answered the call and got Dottie to safety. Dottie has flourished on her foster home and has started the second phase of her life where she will only know love and care. From her foster, Dottie is a sweet and energetic girl. She does get very excited with the cats and we recommend her going to a cat free home! She isgood in her crate, loves the other dogs in her foster home. Dottie would love alot of mental stimulation, play time, a play mate and finally to enjoy life. Does Dottie seem like a good fit for you and your family? If so, please fill out a non bulldog adoption application and we will be in touch! https://www.vermontenglishbulldogrescue.com/non-bulldog-application/
