Urgent foster or adopt! Special needs ChiliGirl is a healthy shy gal, only 35 pound who had severe abuse. She arrived at the shelter with bite marks so she might have been used as a bait dog in a fighting ring. She is therefore very timid but can be aggressive/defensive around dogs and must be your only dog. She will need your calm, patient loving attention and training.
