If adopted prior it will be on contract legal binding to have neutered in set days. Use your vet or ours. When neutered part fee refunded. If he is neutered before he is adopted we will at that point reduce the fee but not prior. a portion will be refunded when he is neutered. not prior. We do not do meets without a completed application and we will not transport dogs in winter period not unless you travel yourself in a vehicle to transport.
