About BURTON

HI - I'M BURTON! I'm a sad 7-year-old brown-and-white Pit Bull Terrier in desperate need of a home! Why doesn't anyone want me? I'm very independent and don't require a lot of exercise or affection. But I still like my daily walks and a change of scene. I would do best in a home versus an apartment, in a place that isn't too congested. I love being lazy, and napping in my big fluffy bed. I had a rough start in life but went to training. Now, I need an experienced pittie owner to take my leash from here and give me a great life and some direction. I would do well with a man or a woman or a couple with no other pets. I tolerate other dogs but would love to be the only dog in the home receiving love and affection. I'm used to being handled as I hung out with a lot of people at my trainer's place, though I get wary of new people, so a home in a quiet neighborhood would suit me best. Can you foster or adopt me? I weigh about 65 lbs.
