Is any one looking for pet dog? (Mini border collie mix) Inside mainly, loves outdoors (does need a secured yard or he will escape) , super playful loving. Roughly two years old , loves other dogs and plays super well. High maintenance in the aspect of grooming , and needing lots of time to get energy out, has a tendency with certain people (mainly males and when he gets excited or scared) to submissive urinate. ( Otherwise he is house trained and crate trained ) Truly a beyond loving and beautiful dog. He is neutered, and microchipped We are not sure we can continue to own him mainly because it's only me watching Lila during the days and nights and he is a lot to handle. We may be downsizing to save money later this spring and he will definitely not do well with that. He was able to be outside in our big yard during the day until he's found out how to escape and runs away in our neighborhood. When we had Lila we decided to stop letting him play inside because he doesn't have boundaries with the baby (though he does LOVE her and children- he tends to jump and bark which scares her pretty bad) I haven't been successful with trying to train him since September of 2019 when we adopted him in Charlotte in regards to submissive urinating or being a little better mannered. He does sit and is loyal to his owners. We really do NOT want to get rid of him because we love him a lot and we adopted him prior to finding out we were having a baby so we had no idea at the time and we tried to train him over the past year but he tends to relapse in his ways and I just truly truly have a lot going on. He loves people, and really truly deserves a forever home. If I can't find him that I'll keep him before I let him go to a shelter again. With that being said he's stressed me out and we have a hate love relationship because he likes to test me and me personally lol the baby took away attention from him and he and roxx both act out now. I feel like I'm doing an injustice to him if he has to be in his crate so much these days.
