About Ben

This is a holiday plea...we are trying desperately to find BEN his spot. We are sad he will be in boarding for the holidays. He has lost his foster due to a work change so Ben needs a foster or adopter as soon as possible. He has a truly funny and sweet disposition! Please help us find this precious fellow HIS spot! It breaks our hearts he does not have his special place. Thank you. FOSTER or ADOPTER NEEDED! Meet Ben! This adorable 2 yr old boy is just full of PERSONALITY and looking for his new BEST FRIEND! Ben is active, smart, and a SUPER COUCH CUDDLER! He LOVES to play fetch, is very treat motivated, learns quickly and shows definite skills in agility. This fellow is a wonderful athlete. This boy would LOVE to have a job to do....like be your walking partner. He is medium energy, and would need a good walk or a game of fetch in the backyard...he LOVES a tennis ball! Ben also enjoys car rides, likes to play with other dogs, and loves to chase the squirrels. He is on the smaller side, weighing around 45 lbs and is fully vetted. He is house trained and will go into the crate although he doesn't love it... Ben will need a fenced yard and an experienced dog person who enjoys working with and challenging their special dog! He can be 'mouthy' so no homes with children under 14 and he would not do well in an apartment. He is in NC
