She's very devoted to her people. Fiona had a neglectful 5 year living in deplorable conditions but now that's in her past. .She needs someone who is home, who will love and dote on her. Fiona is still healing from a severe case of flea dermatitis as she was covered in fleas upon arrival to the rescue but her skin looks soooo much better. Her fur might not grown back in some areas but she's recovering beautifully. Fiona has low thryoid and on daily medication. The cost thru good rx is $22.00 a month. Your vet will need to manage this.
