About Sasha

Sasha is a very loving loyal girl. We adopted her from our local animal shelter about 2 yrs ago and we love her very much. She was a stray that was found, but due to her behaviors it is assumed she was someone's pet, but may have not been treated very well. She is animal aggressive. She needs a yard to play in... and is difficult to walk on a leash as any animal she sees she tries to attack. However, in our home we have a 1 yr old & a 5 yr old that she tolerates very well. She doesn't bother with them too much except to lick them, especially after they have eaten! She is very attached to me, the female in the home... but shows love to my husband as well as he is the one that feeds her most of the time! She has to be on a leash when not in the home or in the yard as she will run off. She doesn't beg after she is reminded... and doesn't jump on counters or dig in trash. The only reason we are looking for a new home is we have to move into an apartment for about 9 months while building a new home... and due to her animal aggression I don't feel an apartment would be fair to her, as it would put her at a higher risk of hurting another animal.
