About VOLT (west)

American Staffordshire Terrier mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Hi, my name is VOLT ID#A4465763. I am a neutered male, black and white Staffordshire Terrier. I'm about 2 years old, and have been at the shelter since September 8, 2020. Help! Foster needed or I will be put down tomorrow. I am E-listed because shelter notes indicate that I injured a small dog and have some questionable behaviors with people in my lasts home I was in. Is this a reason to take my life away? No! I just need to find the right home this time...Can you save my life? I'm so Debonair in my tux. Staff and volunteers will vouch that I am super wiggly and affectionate (see my videos). They had a lot of fun with me when they took me out. I have been adopted twice and returned. Both these homes only had me a few days and didn't allow enough time to adjust....not fair. So take my notes lightly; I think they sound a bit odd. My first home said I just ran off (door dasher) - well, I was new to the home and it sounds like I wasn't on leash when I was taken out to go to the bathroom. How can I run away if I'm on a leash? Second home was mad because I took a sock and didn't return it on request. I was just playing, but they said I got aggressive when they tried to get the sock. This home also said I was a bit over-protective when a stranger (trainer) came in the home. Well, many dog's are that way when strangers come over...geez I can't get a break. I need a good home that will give time for me to decompress from all the unstable experiences I have had. Due to my playful energetic ways, I should live in a house with a back yard, no apartments. No small dogs and if you have a dog we will need a meet greet and you would need a crate for separation while we get aquainted in my new home. Training is recommended. I cannot come back to the shelter. If I do, I am doomed! Will you save my life? Love Volt%9D%A4 'URGENT' If you have no breed restrictions, please call ASAP = Dog Saver Hotline 480-331-4188.
