About Bruno Tobias

Bruno is looking for his FUREVER home! This happy-go-lucky boy loves to be around people and is very expressive and playful, he does not sit still! His happiness just radiates from his high self-confidence level, curiosity and just wanting to play with every dog and human he sees! He needs a strong handler, someone with large dog experience and knowledge of training. He is very smart and loves to forage and find and play games! Bruno was born on January 3, 2020, which makes him a very joyful puppy. He is housebroken, neutered and healthy. We think he may be allergic to chicken or chicken by-product, so he is currently fed a Salmon and Brown Rice diet by American Journey. He is good with other dogs, but would probably do better in a household with an older, similar-sized dog, and he does need socializing. He currently weighs about 65-70 lbs. We have also done a Wisdom Panel DNA test on him! He is 82% American Staffordshire Terrier and 18% Boxer. He likes cats, but does like to chase moving targets, so a house with no cats would be preferable unless properly trained with the 'no touch' command. He has shown aggression with my children and other children. My children are also special needs and they do not do well with him, unfortunately. Bruno was saved as a puppy at 3 months old. Underweight, problems walking and intestinal parasites. He has been treated at the vet and is up-to-date on everything. We will be screening families carefully, there is a rehoming fee.
