About Macallister

Macallister ('Mac') is an approx. 2-3 year old Pibble who LOVES life. He's a fun, loving dog who enjoys playing with his toys, running around the yard, exploring, and going for walks. As much as Mac appreciates playtime and keeping active, he enjoys relaxing just as much once it's time to do so. Mac is a sensitive guy who likes to be around people as much as possible. He prefers sleeping in bed with his humans and sticking near them. Mac is very expressive, like most Pitties -- he wears his emotions on his sleeve. He communicates through cute grunts when he is particularly relaxed and happy, in addition to funny facial expressions. Mac isn't especially vocal through barking. Even though he's about 43 pounds, Mac likes to think he is a lap dog�'�| and he pulls it off well! Big Mac is a good walker both on a leash and off. He is currently being fostered out in the country on lots of land, which he really enjoys. Mac loves the open space to run, smell, and explore. We definitely think that he will need a fenced-in backyard in his new home. He's the biggest fan of the state park near where he lives! Big Mac loves the snow and he also enjoys swimming in the warmer months. When it's cold outside, Mac likes to curl up next to the heater. Mac would make a perfect hiking or adventure buddy! When it comes to traveling and riding in cars, Mac does well. Wherever his human goes, Mac is happy to tag along. Mac would definitely rather go with his humans than stay home in the crate, but he is fully crate-trained when he can't join the fun. Mac enjoys playing with other doggos who match his play style. He likes to roughhouse when he plays with other dogs and not all dogs appreciate that kind of play. While he enjoys their company, having another canine companion is not necessary for Mac. He is definitely more of a human's dog than a dog's dog. Foster dad says that Mac is a truly special man. Mac has a great personality, is a wonderful companion, and he's even got a sense of humor. Whatta guy! Mac is updated on all vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.
