Balto, this special needs puppy is looking for a special angel. This beautiful baby boy has been diagnosed with hydrocephalus. This doesn't stop him from wanting to play and be part of a loving home! He's such a fighter ... adorable!!! No other pets as he gets overstimulated. Must have a fenced yard. Balto does need someone who is retired or who works from home. All medical covered by the rescue.
