About SELINE

Seline may look like a dog, but really she is a 10-year-old cuddle bug and a velcro house hippo. She is the sweetest most loving dog who only wants a soft warm place to lay and all of the attention from her human. She enjoys going on long walks and laying out in the sun. Her favorite thing to do in the whole world is playing with squeaky toys. She can play with them for hours on end and is surprisingly gentle with them as if she knows that when she damages it, it won't be fun anymore. She knows basic commands including sit, down, and stay. She learns quickly and is picking up heel with the help of a gentle leader. She is okay at home on her own after an adjustment period and asks to go out wen she needs to go. She has cataracts in both eyes which means that her sight is very limited, but she gets aournd very for not being able to see. She is learning the commands step up and step down to alert her to an impending obstacle. She is diabetic and gets insulin shots twice a day which she takes calmly when she's told 'Let's go get your medicine.' She would do best in an only pet home as she is rude with other dogs and cats. Anyone who adopts this sweet girl is getting a real gem as she is the king of loving companion that we hope every dog could be. Seline is currently 75-77 lbs and is working on slimming down a bit more :) Seline is also microchipped. She is in a foster home through the local shelter
