About Mason

Mason is approximately a 1 year old standard male aussie. He was found roaming the streets and taken to a local shelter. He came in extremely thin with overgrown nails and what appeared to be an injury to his eye. After a thorough vet check and visit to the eye specialist, Mason has a clean bill of health. While he does not have vision in his right eye, it doesn't require removal or any maintenance at this time. The vet did state that should it seem to bother him in the future, eye drops for inflammation could help. Mason is a lovely boy and still learning all the ins and outs of being a house dog. He is finally house and crate trained and thrives on routine. He does need some additional work on leash training as he hasn't mastered that yet. He also jumps up when excited so will need some redirection there but he isn't unmanageable. He would do fine in a home with children who are respectful. He also would love a home with another doggy playmate. Fenced yard required.
