About Lana

Lana is a 7-9 year old 16 lbs Rat. Terrier mix girl. She is fully vetted, spayed, dental, microchipped, up to date on shots, parasite free, housebroken, good in car on leash, well trained, obedient, however terrified of men, therefore needs a quiet home, with a patient, nurturing, female 'ONLY' owner as she is starved for affection. Lana can not be crated because of her past. She loves and trusts her foster mom, Jackie. However Lana finds it difficult to trust others, possibly from PTSD. She is is periodically receiving trazodone as needed to calm and provide relief from her past. Plus, assist with adjusting to her new environment. Foster mom, Jackie says, 'Lana is very sweet, but high energy also. She definitely likes to relax and take naps, but when she's ready to run she races around all crazy like a puppy. In the house or out she 'ZOOMS'. Lana was surrendered as owner didn't have enough time to spend with her after having a baby. Lana is intelligent, sweet, loving and so deserving of a second chance for her perfect new, loving forever home.
