About Pioneer (west)

Hi, my name is PIONEER - ID#A4493731. I am a neutered male, brown and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Oct 29, 2020. Pioneer is a volunteer favorite. I've had to wait a month to meet this guy, He has always been walked by other volunteers before I got a chance to take him on my scheduled volunteer times. I was so excited to meet him because I could tell he was one of those dogs that I would love. Pioneer is shy when you first met him. Who would think a 70 Ib dog would be so timid and shy? He was so easy to walk on a leash. He would be an awesome hiking buddy! We spent some time in the play yard and all he wanted to do was cuddle and give kisses.
