About Bama

Hello�%A0 I am in need of some help with my 8 year old male Blue heeler�%A0Border collie mix named Bama. He has been with us since he was 4 months old, along with our other dog who we got at the same time. We have recently made some life changes including a divorce separating�%A0the two dogs, a move into a duplex on a busy street. That's all the new thing. Bama has always been protective over me.He takes some time with strangers but warms up to them if they just ignore him.�%A0 Now that he's�%A0home alone he barks and howls ALL day long. The neighbor has made complaints. We have tried everything to keep him calm and quiet and his anxiety is just getting worse.�%A0He is fully house�%A0broke and loves Frisbee. Other dogs are ok, but only as long as they are not in his face. He doesn't even mind playing with the�%A0other dogs just tends to want to herd them and nip at their�%A0heels.�%A0 He is�%A0unsure about being loved but enjoys�%A0being pet when he�%A0allows. Also no kids, unless older doesn't�%A0like little ones they seem to move too fast for him. Doesn't�%A0like them in his space. He really is a sweet dog and would make for a great companion with a retired couple or older man who needs a buddy. Would love a farm, or big place to roam. I have heard wonders about your rescue and would love more info about how this process works if you guys are willing to take him on. Thanks so much for your time.
