About Gus

I adopted Gus a couple months ago from the local shelter. He was fine at first, but now really doesn't get along with my senior beagle. I have another younger dog who he LOVES, and we go to the dog park frequently where he loves to play. My beagle is an alpha and he doesn't like her. I haven't seen him with cats but I would guess that he would be okay if introduced properly. He's very shy around new people but once he warms up to you he's a total snuggle pup and loves to be curled up next to me when we're at home. He had surgery on one of his hips in September but he's completely healed now. We're continually working on building muscle back up on that side but he doesn't know anything's any different!
