About Fawn

MEET AND GREETS WILL BE IN RIVERSIDE, CA Fawn is 4 yrs old and weighs 12 lbs; she is a dainty and fawn-like female Chihuahua (hence her name) with a beautiful pale colored tan and white coat. This gentle girl is crate trained, microchipped, current on vaccines and is spayed. In regard to the perfect home for Fawn, we do not normally recommend young children for any small dogs, but in Fawn's case, her entire demeanor transforms when she is around children! We watched this quiet dog who usually keeps to herself, absolutely become giddy with excitement when she met her fosters 3 yrs old granddaughter. For companionship, we would prefer another small dog of like size and age if her new family works outside of the home for extended hours during the work week. When it comes to cats, Fawn who was formerly weary of cats, has formed a friendship with 3 of our foster kittens, so we feel safe saying that she is cat friendly. Like many small Chihuahua's, Fawn would love nothing more than a warm lap and a human to call her own. Oddly enough, Fawn loves to camp or 'hide out' in the bathroom where it is quiet.
