About Otis

OTB would like to welcome, by popular vote, Otis to the OTB rescue family. What can we say about this squish face? Otis was pulled from Southeast Volusia Humane where the staff said Otis was displaying cage aggression and could not be handled. Otis was returned to the shelter after being adopted out and then passed around from family member to family member and then to a family friend. Otis was most likely scared, confused, and reacted accordingly. Otis needs to feel a sense of security and belonging so he can shine and be the dog he was meant to be. So far OTB is not observing any alarming behaviors. We will give this boy some time to decompress and update once we learn more about this giant. Oh, look at his sweet toothy grin, what's not to love?
