About Wilma

Meet Wilma, an adorable seven-month-old, 35 lb. pit terrier/lab mix. She was recently found on the side of the road in North Carolina with her brother (who is also available for adoption). Scared, alone, and malnourished, they were saved by a good samaritan before finding their way to Connecticut. Wilma is now up north in a loving foster home waiting to find her happily furever after! This beautiful girl is an absolute sweetheart and wannabe lap dog! She is very inquisitive, loves to explore, and wants to be by your side. She is an affectionate sweetheart who loves to snuggle. Wilma is friendly with everyone she meets, including children and other dogs. She can be shy with new places or experiences, but she's a very fast learner. She is eager to please, and even learned 'sit' with just a handful of kibble. She would love to find a home with a fenced yard to enjoy with a loving family. Her adoption fee is $350 and Wilma is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed.
